Accessories: Cadro aluminium frame system

The Cadro Standard aluminium frame system is a modular frame solution for open shelving and display cabinet structures. It can be used independently in various shelving systems. In combination with the FurnSpin swivel-and-rotate fitting, Cadro serves as an accessory and forms the profile frame structure for the rotating furniture module. The Cadro aluminium frame system is compatible with all FurnSpin sizes.

FS Cadro Standard aluminium frame system

The standard version of the Cadro aluminium frame system for the FurnSpin turn-and-swivel fitting includes vertical and horizontal profiles for the complete construction of the frame system.

FS Cadro Hybrid Horizontal aluminium frame system

The FS Cadro Hybrid Horizontal aluminium frame system is a modular frame solution and includes horizontal profiles. The vertical profiles are not included in this version.

FS Cadro Hybrid Vertical aluminium frame system

The FS Cadro Hybrid Vertical aluminium frame system is a modular frame solution and includes vertical profiles. The horizontal profiles are not included in this variant.

Accessories: Cable management

The cable management system is designed to connect an external power source to a load within the rotating furniture module.

Note on lighting

The optional cable management system can be used to supply power to external lighting and other electrical loads. The lighting is not a component of the FurnSpin swivel-and-tilt system. The design and selection of the electrical components is carried out by the furniture manufacturer.

Differences from traditional furniture fittings

The FurnSpin turn-and-swivel fitting differs from traditional furniture fittings in that it does not open a single front panel, but rather rotates an entire furniture module.

Not a door or pull-out solution

The system is neither a door hinge nor a folding door solution, nor is it a sliding door hardware or a drawer pull-out.

Not a storage or lighting solution

FurnSpin is neither a storage nor a shelving system, nor is it a lighting product.

Complementary systems

Cadro frame solutions and the optional cable management system are complementary systems, but they are not part of the core functionality of FurnSpin.

The core function consists exclusively of the controlled rotation of a furniture module between different operating states: open and closed.
